Contract & Assignment Disclosure
When we agree to purchase your property, we use a standard Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) contract — the same form used in every Texas real estate transaction. This contract may include an assignment clause that permits us to assign our buyer's interest to a third-party investor prior to closing.
Important: Any assignment is between Capitol City Buyers and the end buyer. Your contracted purchase price does not change due to an assignment. You will receive the agreed amount at closing regardless of whether we close directly or assign the contract. We will disclose the chosen path to you before closing.
Non-Binding Estimates
Any verbal estimate or written range provided before a signed contract is a preliminary assessment only and is not a binding offer. A formal, binding offer requires a fully executed TREC contract signed by both parties.
